Shipping Information.

Your plants will be couriered with NZ Post direct to your door anywhere in New Zealand.

We offer a flat rate for both Urban and Rural, South Island and North Island -

North Island Urban $ 18.00

North Island Rural $ 24.00

South Island Urban $28.00

South Island Rural $33.00

*We will endeavor to send plants the next day after payment has been received.

* Plants will normally arrive within two to three working days for North Island and three to four days for South Island. 

* We only ship plants on a Monday, Tuesday Wednesday to avoid plants sitting in depots over the weekend. 

* Delays for shipping over holiday periods may occur   - you will be notified by email as to when your plants will be shipped.

*  Should your product fail to reach you in satisfactory condition, we can provide a replacement or full refund at your discretion. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of product arrival, please email theplanthub@xtra.co.nz with any claims or concerns.
