*What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

We aim to ship orders within two business days. If you order on a Friday or over the weekend, we will ship on a Monday, so plants do not sit around in courier depot for too long.

*How much is shipping?

*Is a refund possible for damaged plants upon delivery?

Should your product fail to reach you in satisfactory condition, we can provide a replacement or full refund at your discretion. Claims must be submitted within 3 days of product arrival, please email theplanthub@xtra.co.nz with any claims or concerns.

*Do we have a physical nursery?

Yes, we have a nursey here on our home block and try to hold all our stock on hand for a fast delivery to our customers. But we can source plants you may want from our contacts in the wider nursery industry.

*Do we offer garden advise?

Yes, we do. We are dedicated to assisting you in creating a garden that you adore. Whether you're starting fresh or seeking a garden make over, we're here to provide guidance and plant sourcing.

*Can you find plants not listed on your site?

Certainly, plants may not be listed due to availability. For all inquiries, reach out to theplanthub@xtra.co.nz for availability, pricing or alternative options.
